Experiential – Arla

Dairy giant Arla was faced with the problem of how to effectively convey the message about the health benefits of milk to children from an early age.

THE PROBLEM

Much has been said in recent years about the importance of healthy eating, and, with the Government actively looking to reduce levels of obesity in children, more and more companies are trying to get their message across and change eating habits for the better.

Dairy giant Arla was faced with the problem of how to effectively convey the message about the health benefits of milk to children from an early age, so they approached us to discover how best this could be done.

THE SOLUTION

We teamed up to deliver an interactive Schools Education program for KS1 and KS2 school children around the country in conjunction with the Tesco Eat Happy project.

We worked with Arla and educational resource provider TTS to develop lesson plans that would be interesting, thought provoking and engaging for the children. They focused on where food comes from and the processes that deliver it from field to table. And while they were doing that we provided them with the BEST PLACE TO LEARN EVER …. A fabulous inflatable which allowed us to take life on the farm to the school.

Along with all of the lesson planning, we continue to train and supply fully DBS checked staff who are dedicated to the event, ensuring continuity in message, excellent standards of teaching and, of course, an unforgettable educational experience.

RESULTS

From the event logistics, to the rigging and school liaison both pre and post event, we planned and executed the whole project from start to finish and created post event evaluations for the clients to let us know their thoughts. The ongoing feedback remains fantastic.

We are now in our second school term and have delivered it to over 10,000 children both in schools and at events across the UK.
